How providers are matched

You call or send the request form. Tell us what you see, where you see it, and how long it has been going on. Your type of home helps too, like a crawl space or a slab. So does your schedule.

What we expect from providers

Providers are independent businesses. Here is what we ask of them:

• Explain what they found in simple language.
• Give a written quote before work starts.
• Follow product labels and local rules.
• Hold the licenses and insurance that South Carolina requires for their trade.
• Respect your home, your pets and your routine.
• Talk about prevention once the work is done.

You should still ask to see licenses and insurance. That is a normal question, and a good provider expects it.

What we do not do

We do not perform treatments or removals. We do not set prices. We do not promise results, and we do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

Any agreement for work is between you and the provider.

How we are paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay Banghelped Pest Control nothing to be connected. Your payment goes to the provider for the work you agree to.

We still suggest getting a written quote, and comparing more than one if the job is large.
