How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
Myth: you will be sent to a call center script and then a stranger shows up. Fact: you are connected with an independent local provider, and that provider is the one who talks about your home, your pest and your price.
Banghelped Pest Control is the link between you and them. Providers in our network run their own businesses. They set their own schedules and their own quotes.
What happens on the call
The first conversation is short. You describe the problem. Keep it simple:
- What you saw, such as droppings, trails, noises or damage
- Where you saw it
- How long it has been going on
- Whether you have kids, pets or a tight work schedule
Then you are connected with a provider. Hours and availability vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability for your area.
What to ask a provider
A good provider likes good questions. Try these:
- What do you think is causing this?
- What will the visit involve, and how long will it take?
- Do I need to leave, move food, or cover anything?
- Are the products safe around pets and children, and when can they use the space?
- Do you hold the license and insurance that South Carolina requires?
- Will you give me a written quote?
- What happens if the problem comes back?
- What can I do afterward to keep pests from returning?
For rodents or wildlife, add one more: how will entry points be sealed so animals do not simply return?
Fit your routine
You do not have to rearrange your whole week. Say what works for you, like early mornings or while the kids are at school. Many providers can work around that, though not all can.
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask for a quote, think it over, and compare. Ask for pricing in writing. Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, home size and pest, so a written quote is the safest way to know your number.
If something does not feel right, you can say no and ask to be matched with someone else.
